Sephora is seeking a commercially minded Senior Legal Counsel to join our SEAO team in Singapore. You will advise on technology contracting, privacy, regulatory matters, and cross-border commercial transactions across Southeast Asia and Oceania, partnering with senior leaders to enable business growth.

You will translate complex legal concepts into practical guidance, manage external counsel, and support governance, policy development, and training to strengthen a culture of compliance across

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer in Singapore or another common law jurisdiction with 7–10 years PQE.
• Experience in in-house and top-tier law firm a plus.
• Strong regional experience across SEA/APAC or multi-jurisdictional markets.
• Experience in consumer, retail, FMCG, e-commerce, technology or digital industries preferred.
