Qualifications

• Advance Diploma / Diploma / Higher NITEC / NITEC in Engineering (Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Marine, or equivalent).
• Hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Medically fit for offshore and shipboard operations.
• Strong customer engagement and communication.
• Adaptability in operational environments.
• Ability to operate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural environments.
• Willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

The Role

The Senior Technician / Technician plays a hands-critical role in deploying, maintaining, and supporting mission-critical systems in the field, ensuring they are fully operational, reliable, and ready for use. Working closely with engineers, the role supports system integration, fault diagnosis, and continuous improvement activities, contributing directly to safe, effective operations and high levels of customer confidence.

What You’ll Be Doing
