Job summary

STA PHARMACEUTICAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned CRDMO professional to oversee production equipment state, operation, safety and reliability, ensuring product quality and site safety while improving efficiency.

The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's in Mechanical or related Engineering, with at least 5 years in CRDMO. Fluency in English and Chinese is essential for cross-team technical communication with Singapore and China teams.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize and improve state, operation, safety and reliability of production equipment.
• Ensure product quality and site safety and improve production efficiency.
• Comply with GMP/EHS requirements and ensure proper implementation.
• Repair and maintain workshop equipment and ensure timely maintenance.
• Assist production to prepare projects and clean equipment; implement improvements.
• Assist in deviation investigations and take preventive actions.
• Ensure safety regulations on hot works and other operations are followed and documented.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Continuously optimize and improve the state, operation, safety and reliability of production equipment, ensure product quality and site safety, and improve production efficiency
• Comply with GMP/EHS requirements to ensure that they are well implemented.
• Perform repair and maintenance of workshop equipment, ensure the reliability of operation and timely maintenance, ensure the normal operation of the plant and production, ensure product quality and factory safety.
• Assist the production to prepare the project before production and clean the equipment, carry out the implementation and follow-up of the project technical improvement.
• Assist in workshop equipment related deviation investigation, take action to correct the problem, take preventive action to prevent the recurrence of the problem.
• Implement the regulations of the safety department on hot fire, climbing, sinking and other special operations to ensure the safety of construction and work.
• Review, register and file the relevant documents to ensure the timely, accurate and complete records.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering
• Min 5 years of working experience in CRDMO industry.
• Proficient in reading and writing in both English and Chinese, capable of fluent technical communication with both the local Singapore team and the technical team in China.
• Positive and energetic, with good behavioral habits, able to influence surrounding employees positively, and capable of cooperating well with others to complete work tasks.
• Comprehensive skills, proficient in operating all types of equipment in the area, able to handle emergencies according to established procedures and drills, and report to the supervisor.
