The role requires installation, commissioning, and monitoring of SMT equipment, with on-site training delivery and active participation in global training initiatives. The candidate should have a Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering and be comfortable travelling on short notice to support
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Relevant technical background for SMT production environments.
- Experience with regional/global escalation support is advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd level technical support to local, regional, and global customers.
- Perform machine installation, commissioning, and production monitoring.
- Respond to service calls and visit customer sites as required.
- Deliver on-site product training to customers and internal teams.
- Contribute to global training projects and develop course materials.
- Develop refresher training for trainers and Field Service Engineers.
- Drive continuous improvement in training delivery for value to customers.
- Participate in other technical activities related to SMT Solutions.
