Job summary

Tokyo Electron Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior/Engineer, Technical Support to back our Clean Track product line. You will provide advanced troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement across regional customers, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, sales and marketing teams.

The role requires a degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering, 10+ years in semiconductor equipment support (6+ in Clean Track), strong problem-solving,

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical / Electronic / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or its equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant working experience including a minimum of 6 years’ technical support experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment, preferably in Clean Track products.
• Proven global experience in leading improvement initiatives and driving project execution.
• Strong technical aptitude with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills with customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in cleanroom environment.
• Willingness to work shift hours and/or be on standby after office hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and advanced troubleshooting for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve complex technical issues
• Drive productivity improvement and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment performance and manufacturing stability
• Provide technical recommendations and solutions to address customer needs and operational challenges
• Coordinate and collaborate with various departments like engineering, manufacturing, sales, and marketing to ensure timely and effective support
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategies that enhance operational efficiency and service quality
• Act as the primary interface between customers and internal organizations to facilitate communication and issue resolution
• Support and lead technical projects in collaboration with global teams and overseas customers
• Build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders to improve customer satisfaction and business performance
