Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in semiconductor equipment, product support, field service, systems engineering, or related technical functions.
• Strong understanding of electromechanical systems, robotics, automation, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
• Proven experience managing complex technical escalations and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and root-cause investigation skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with global stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain expert-level knowledge of semiconductor platforms, mainframes, robots, and subsystems.
• Lead escalations in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive rapid issue resolution.
• Deliver troubleshooting methodologies and best practices to global field engineers to improve tool health and reliability.
• Represent the voice of the field in engineering reviews and product development discussions.
• Create and update safety, installation, startup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures.
