Job summary

Tetherfi Pte Ltd is seeking a Technical Consultant to design, implement, and optimize our products for customers across Singapore, Indonesia, India, and Sri Lanka. You will serve as a trusted advisor, shaping solutions that meet business needs and enabling successful adoption.

You will lead multi-project deployments, coordinate with delivery teams, and provide hands-on guidance on architectures, integrations, and best practices to ensure high-value outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in telecom / contact center / enterprise application implementation.
• Hands-on design and implementation of technical solutions.
• Experience in customer-facing advisory and solution architecture.

Responsibilities

• Solution consulting and design translating business needs into technical architectures.
• Lead end-to-end deployment, go-live, and production readiness.
• Provide technical inputs to pre-sales, build design docs and diagrams.
• Troubleshoot, optimize performance, and ensure scalable deployments.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support teams.
