Job summary

Singtel seeks a Lead Client Solutions Architect to drive technical solutioning for India-based enterprises and MEA carriers, focusing on telecommunications, SD-WAN, cloud and digital transformation.

You will bridge business and technology by designing secure, scalable, resilient ICT solutions across networking, cloud, security and hybrid/multi-cloud environments. Partner with Sales, Delivery and Product teams to transform customer networks.

Qualifications

• Degree in Telecommunications, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Computer Science.
• 15–20 years of relevant technical experience in Communications, Networking or IT.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Strong expertise in enterprise network design and architecture.
• Knowledge of SD-WAN, SASE/SSE, WAN/LAN, cloud access, uCPE, VNF and IoT networks.
• Experience with SD-WAN platforms (Cisco, Fortinet, Silver Peak).
• Knowledge of WAN connectivity including MPLS and Internet-based networks.
• Leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary trusted technical advisor for pre-sales engagements.
• Partner Sales and Account Managers in customer engagements, shaping compelling value propositions.
• Build trusted relationships with technical stakeholders and executives.
• Design end-to-end network solutions across WAN, cloud, security and hybrid environments.
• Lead solution architecture for complex tenders across networking and cloud deployments.
• Document customer network configurations and technical updates.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
