Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams worldwide to deliver products, services, or solutions.
• Manages program execution from development through launch and sustainment, aligning with strategic objectives and ISO audits.
• Influences at various organizational levels as a subject matter expert, building high-performance teams to define product goals and key program documents.
• Oversees the development and approval of Offer Lifecycle deliverables, manages major risks and issues, and ensures cross-functional alignment with program changes and performance reporting.
• Prepares core teams for ISO Audits to maintain corporate compliance, communicates with sales organizations/customers for business development, and manages non-product cross-LOB initiatives.
• Simultaneously manages multiple programs, addressing risks and issues, and communicates program adjustments and post-mortem findings to enhance future phases.
