Job summary

The successful candidate will coordinate from rack delivery through handoff, manage deployment plans, and provide executive-level status updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of datacenter infrastructure experience.
• Experience leading large-scale deployment programs.
• Background as: Datacenter Technician, Deployment SME, Datacenter Deployment Lead, Datacenter Manager, IT Operations Manager, Datacenter Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of GPU-based AI infrastructure at hyperscale facilities.
• Oversee activities from rack arrival through installation, commissioning, validation, and handoff.
• Coordinate site preparation, logistics, deployment teams, vendors and operations stakeholders.
• Create and execute deployment plans and schedules.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
• Maintain accountability for milestone achievement and readiness.
• Provide daily status reporting to leadership.
• Communicate with technical and executive stakeholders.

Position Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead on-site deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure and GPU clusters across Southeast Asia. This role serves as the authoritative deployment lead responsible for coordinating activities from rack delivery through customer handoff.

The ideal candidate combines deep datacenter deployment expertise with strong stakeholder management and project leadership skills. This individual will be physically present at deployment sites and serve as the primary driver of execution on the datacenter floor.

This position requires extensive travelling within Southeast Asia.

Physical Datacenter Deployment

• Lead deployment of GPU-based AI infrastructure at hyperscale facilities.
• Oversee all activities from rack arrival through installation, commissioning, validation, and operational handoff.
• Ensure deployment readiness before equipment arrival.
• Coordinate site preparation, logistics, deployment teams, vendors, and operations stakeholders.

Program Execution

• Serve as the on-site authority during deployment activities.
• Create and execute deployment plans and schedules.
• Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
• Maintain accountability for milestone achievement and readiness.

Stakeholder Management

• Coordinate across multiple partners, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Provide daily status reporting to leadership.
