Job summary

Allegis Group Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure and GPU clusters across Southeast Asia. You will serve as the on-site deployment lead, coordinating from equipment delivery through commissioning and customer handover, with extensive SEA travel.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager to lead the deployment of large-scale AI infrastructure and GPU clusters across Southeast Asia. This is a highly visible, execution-focused role where you will act as the on-site deployment lead, coordinating all activities from equipment delivery through commissioning and customer handover. The successful candidate will bring deep datacenter deployment expertise, strong project leadership capabilities, and the ability to drive execution across multiple stakeholders in fast-paced hyperscale environments. This is a hands-on role requiring extensive travelling within SEA.

Datacenter Deployment Leadership

• Lead the deployment of GPU-based AI infrastructure within hyperscale datacenter environments.
• Manage deployment activities from rack delivery through installation, commissioning, validation, and operational handoff.
• Ensure site readiness and infrastructure preparedness prior to equipment arrival.
• Coordinate deployment activities across operations teams, contractors, vendors, and logistics partners.
• Monitor deployment progress and drive corrective actions to keep projects on schedule.

Program & Project Execution

• Serve as the primary on-site authority during deployment activities.
• Develop and execute deployment plans, schedules, milestones, and readiness reviews.
• Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and escalations throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Maintain accountability for project timelines, deployment quality, and customer handoff requirements.
• Drive cross-functional coordination to ensure successful project delivery.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with internal teams, customers, vendors, contractors, and datacenter operators.
• Provide regular executive-level updates, deployment reports, and status communications.
• Facilitate alignment across technical and business stakeholders.
• Build credibility and influence while maintaining a collaborative, low-ego leadership style.

Required Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience within datacenter infrastructure environments.
• Proven experience leading large-scale datacenter deployment programs.
• Demonstrated experience managing onsite deployment teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of datacenter deployment lifecycle and infrastructure readiness.
• Familiarity with AI infrastructure, high-density compute environments, and large-scale deployment programs is highly desirable.

Leadership & Communication

• Proven ability to lead mission-critical deployment projects in complex environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience presenting project updates and risks to executive leadership.
• Ability to establish authority on-site while maintaining strong working relationships across diverse stakeholder groups.
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, high-growth organizations where priorities may evolve rapidly.
