Job summary

Auxo Talent is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of complex data centre infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role requires hands‑on delivery across planning, design, execution, commissioning and handover, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and safety compliance.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across electrical, mechanical, power and critical systems, work with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors, and drive risk management

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager delivering complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong experience within data centre infrastructure, preferably in hyperscale, colocation or other mission‑critical environments.
• Experience delivering HPC / high‑density computing infrastructure is highly desirable.
• Strong exposure to power infrastructure and critical electrical systems within data centre environments.
• Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams, contractors, vendors and multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of project planning, scheduling, risk management, budget control, change management and project governance.
• Proven track record of delivering projects safely, on schedule and to the required quality standards.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, technically complex data centre environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end‑to‑end delivery of data centre infrastructure projects from initiation through to completion and handover.
• Manage project scope, programme, budget, resources, risks, quality and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across data centre infrastructure, electrical, mechanical, power and critical systems.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineering teams and other project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage the delivery of HPC and high‑density computing environments, where applicable.
• Oversee power infrastructure projects, including electrical distribution, power capacity, redundancy and related critical infrastructure.
• Review project requirements, technical documentation, designs, specifications, schedules and method statements.
• Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve delivery issues, risks, dependencies and constraints.
• Manage contractors and vendors, ensuring work is delivered in accordance with agreed scope, specifications, programme and quality standards.
• Coordinate site activities and ensure effective integration between different workstreams and project disciplines.
• Manage project changes, variations, risks and commercial considerations.
• Establish and maintain project reporting, including progress updates, milestones, risks, issues and action plans.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant data centre standards, safety requirements, quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support testing, commissioning, integration and final handover of completed infrastructure.
• Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and operational readiness.

We are seeking Project Manager to support the delivery of complex data centre infrastructure projects in Singapore.

The successful candidates will have strong hands‑on project delivery experience within data centre environments, with particular exposure to High Performance Computing (HPC), critical infrastructure, and power infrastructure.
