Job summary

Atomionics, a Singapore-based startup, is seeking a Mechanical Lab Technician to support machining, 3D printing, and assembly while managing the Mech, Electronics and Physics lab spaces. The role includes maintaining inventory and safety, plus attending company-funded courses to upskill across technical domains.

You will collaborate with engineers and physicists during system integration, testing, and deployment, contributing to field survey preparation and sensor installations for quantum

Qualifications

• Hands-on machining and workshop skills are essential.
• Ability to read simple drawings and follow work instructions.
• Experience with basic measuring tools and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Support machining, 3D printing, mechanical assembly, rework and prototyping.
• Maintain lab spaces (Mech, Electronics, Physics), including tools, inventory, safety and cleanliness.
• Assist with sensor installation, packing and field survey prep for quantum gravimeter systems.
• Work with engineers and physicists during system integration, testing, troubleshooting and deployment.
• Attend company-funded technical courses to upskill across relevant domains.
