Job summary

You will mentor teams, drive SDLC, review code, and guide technology choices. Strong leadership and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements in banking are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development with 3+ years in a technical lead or architect role.
• Design and build large-scale, high-performance enterprise apps in finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design, architecture, and development of the One KYC platform.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions.
• Oversee the SDLC for the KYC platform and ensure security guidelines are followed.
• Evaluate new technologies to enhance platform capabilities and scalability.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
• Contribute to strategic planning and roadmap for One KYC platform.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal KYC/data privacy policies.
