Job summary

Airswift is seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology initiatives within the banking and financial services sector. You will manage delivery across multilingual environments, ensuring governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications are executed with excellence.

With 8–12 years in IT and at least 5 years steering end-to-end delivery, you will partner with business and technology teams to drive change while complying with regulatory and security

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of overall IT experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience managing end-to-end technology delivery engagements.
• Proven experience within Banking, Financial Services, Digital Banking, or large-scale enterprise programme environments.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technology delivery, including planning, execution, governance, risk management, dependency tracking, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive successful delivery of complex banking and financial services programmes.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and delivery quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, developers, business analysts, and operations teams.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, audit requirements, and risk management practices.
• Provide technical leadership and oversight across application development and system integration initiatives.
• Facilitate Agile delivery practices and ensure adherence to release and deployment governance.
• Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders, business leaders, and regional teams.
