Senior Technical Account Manager - OpenShift & DevOps

Job summary

Red Hat's Singapore team seeks a Technical Account Manager to provide proactive technical engagement for OpenShift and Middleware across customer environments. You will tailor support, build strong relationships, and advocate on behalf of customers to maximize value and success.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, Global Support, and Sales to ensure effective resolutions, drive adoption, and share best practices across engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technology-related discipline.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage and grow enterprise accounts with proactive, relationship-based, best-in-class support.
• Experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, or Docker cluster management.
• Understanding of OpenShift architecture and various installations.
• Troubleshooting and data/log collection in RHOCP.
• Knowledge of CI/CD concepts.
• DevOps experience.
• Experience with Red Hat Middleware portfolio.
• Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ArgoCD, ACS, ACM.
• Upstream involvement in open source projects.
• RHCE or related certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical reviews and share knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues.
• Develop and support the implementation of solutions for complex technical challenges.
• Understand customers' technical infrastructures, hardware, processes, and offerings.
• Perform investigations and respond to online and phone support requests.
• Manage customer cases and maintain clear and concise case documentation.
• Develop and maintain a TAM Engagement Plan to guide engagement activities.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the adoption lifecycle.
• Engage with Red Hat's field teams to ensure positive product experience and long-term success.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Management, Global Support Services, Sales to debug and resolve issues.
• Contribute to best practices and internal training materials.
• Capture product capabilities and gaps related to customer use cases.
• Contribute to internal projects and mentor for technical areas.
• Travel to visit customers, partners, conferences, and other events as needed.
