Job summary

ARYAN SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technology transformation initiatives across digital banking platforms, core banking systems, cloud migration, and enterprise integrations.

You will manage end-to-end delivery with stakeholders, solution architects, engineering, infrastructure, and external vendors. The role requires strong technical understanding, robust governance, and a track record of delivering technology programmes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• 9+ years in technology project management within Banking/FinTech or complex enterprise environments.
• Experience leading end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Hybrid Waterfall-Agile.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects from initiation to production.
• Define scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, and delivery plans.
• Drive Agile governance including sprint planning, backlog management, and release planning.
• Ensure SDLC/SSDLC compliance and change management processes.
• Collaborate with solution architects, application development, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate delivery across core banking platforms, enterprise apps, APIs, microservices, cloud platforms, and integrations.
• Manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and escalation.
• Provide status updates, management reporting, and steering committee presentations.
• Manage communications with business, technology, senior management, and external vendors.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, defect resolution, and production readiness activities.
• Lead deployment planning, production cutover, migration, rollback, and post-implementation activities.
• Ensure regulatory, security policies, risk controls, and governance standards are met.
• Facilitate resolution of technical delivery challenges across teams.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned.
