Job summary

Autism Resource Centre Singapore is seeking a Senior Executive, Talent Attraction to lead end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, and to elevate our employer brand. Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in in-house Talent Acquisition or Talent Attraction, preferably in education.
• Ability to develop innovative talent attraction approaches and strengthen Employer Brand.
• Proficient in using technology/analytics to drive data-informed outreach campaigns.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to drive an individual recruitment portfolio independently and work in a team.
• Passion for people and purpose, contributing to Talent Attraction and HR goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Proactively attract and engage talent through outreach, events, networking and digital platforms.
• Contribute to bringing the Employee Value Proposition to life via branding and attraction initiatives.
• Create compelling talent content including employee stories and recruitment communications.
• Use talent insights and analytics to evaluate effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with the team on wider initiatives to streamline internal processes.
