Qualifikationen

• Minimum 7 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency.
• End-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, direct sourcing, and market mapping.
• Experience supporting local and regional recruitment with multiple roles.
• Campus recruitment or early-career hiring experience is a plus.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Knowledge of insurance or financial services talent landscape is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient in ATS and HR platforms such as Workday and LinkedIn.

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for designated permanent roles across local and regional markets.
• Partner with hiring managers to define criteria and hiring strategies.
• Manage full recruitment lifecycle with compliance.
• Build relationships with vendors, candidates and stakeholders.
• Develop and execute proactive sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and background checks.
• Present well-qualified candidate slates and advise hiring decisions.
• Lead campus recruitment and early-career hiring initiatives.
• Engage with universities and education institutions to strengthen the pipeline.
• Plan campus events and maintain recruitment records.
• Support employer branding and talent engagement.
