Land Transport Authority (LTA) is seeking an Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Talent Attraction) to lead end-to-end recruitment efforts in Singapore. You will source, interview, and present candidates, then extend offers to successful hires.

You will also conduct career talks and participate in recruitment fairs to promote Careers at LTA across all levels. The role requires strong writing and interpersonal skills, analytical thinking, initiative, and the ability to work independently as well

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Demonstrated writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities
• Demonstrated initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel
• Independent, team player with high self-motivation

Responsabilités

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer
• Propose candidates and assist in onboarding activities
• Conduct career talks and participate in recruitment fairs for students and mid-careerists
• Collaborate with internal teams to align talent needs with business goals
