Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer in Singapore to manage a portfolio of client systems within a managed services team. You will balance hands-on infrastructure work with service delivery, acting as the main technical and operational contact during digital transformation initiatives.

You will guide clients from planning through rollout, coordinate projects, and ensure SLAs are met. A clear path into service delivery, project management, or technical account management awaits

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience deploying systems and/or network infrastructure.
• Experience with a systems integrator (SI) or managed services provider is essential.
• Experience in project coordination or team leadership (around 2 years) is a strong plus.
• Confident handling clients: managing expectations and building long-term trust.
• Clear written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to clients.
• Highly organised; able to juggle multiple clients and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for your assigned clients and be their go-to contact for both business-as-usual support and project work.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on infrastructure and digitalisation initiatives from planning through rollout.
• Triage and prioritise incoming client requests, ensuring delivery within contracted timelines.
• Track performance against contractual SLAs and take ownership when service levels are at risk.
• Lead recovery efforts during service disruptions and drive continuous improvement to stop issues recurring.
• Monitor, measure and report on team KPIs, and present service performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate high-impact risks or client issues to management early, with clear context and recommended actions.
