Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience deploying systems and/or network infrastructure.
• Background with a systems integrator (SI) or managed services provider is essential.
• Experience in project coordination or team leadership (around 2 years) is a strong plus.
• Confident handling clients: you can manage expectations, hold difficult conversations and build long-term trust.
• Clear written and verbal communication, and comfortable presenting to clients.
• Highly organised, able to juggle multiple clients and priorities without dropping the ball.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operations for your assigned clients and be their go-to contact for both business-as-usual support and project work.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor, guiding clients on infrastructure and digitalisation initiatives from planning through rollout.
• Triage and prioritise incoming client requests, making sure each one is delivered within contracted timelines.
• Track performance against contractual SLAs and take ownership when service levels are at risk.
• Lead recovery efforts during service disruptions and drive continuous improvement to stop issues recurring.
• Monitor, measure and report on team KPIs, and present service performance to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Escalate high-impact risks or client issues to management early, with clear context and recommended actions.
