Job summary

Thales in Singapore seeks an experienced Product Owner to deliver large-scale ATM systems. You will act as the customer voice, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure delivery aligned with safety and regulatory obligations.

Responsibilities include backlog breakdown, PI planning participation, prioritization, and maintaining traceability of requirements. You will work closely with architects and RTEs to drive value and quality in the product.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience as a Product Owner, or equivalent role in mission-critical or safety-critical systems.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Backlog breakdown and ensuring the consistencies of the agile artefacts (stories, tasks) and its coverage.
• Acts as the main point of contact for the team on functional or technical topics, to drive alignment.
• Acts as the bridge between the agile teams, coordinating with the RTEs.
• Collaborate with Architects, RTEs to define Program Increments and participate in the PI Planning.
• Managing and Prioritizing the Team Backlog with acceptance criteria, non-functional requirements and quality attributes.
• Supporting the Team in Delivering Value, including forward-looking demonstrations and gathering user feedback.
