Job summary

Beca is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer – System Engineer to join our Singapore team. You will design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and data models for engineering and project delivery, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure production-ready tools that meet quality standards.

With 5–10 years in systems engineering and enterprise automation, you will translate requirements into reliable workflows and contribute to continuous improvement across client projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in designing, building and delivering digital automation solutions.
• Experience translating requirements into practical automation workflows and agent behaviours.
• Strong knowledge of data modelling, API integration and document management workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain digital automation solutions, including workflow logic, data models, and intelligent agents.
• Produce complete digital solution deliverables: workflow logic, technical docs, data schemas, test plans, integration specs.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to refine requirements and ensure tools meet operational needs.
• Develop and maintain automated document-handling processes, data pipelines and notifications.
• Support deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management of digital solutions across projects.
