Job summary

Beca is seeking an experienced ICT Infrastructure Designer in Singapore to lead the design of data networks and related systems. You will deliver reports, drawings, and specifications, while coordinating with electrical and mechanical teams to ensure seamless integration across disciplines.

You will mentor junior team members, engage with clients and stakeholders, and drive high-quality outcomes in a multi-office consulting environment.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in an ICT infrastructure design discipline or equivalent.
• 5–10 years ICT infrastructure design experience across building types.
• Strong capability in LAN Ethernet, cabling, fibre, Wi‑Fi, telecom networks.
• Experience in data cabling, IT/IP systems integration, or related consulting.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Desirable: proficiency with 2D CAD and 3D Revit coordination.

Responsibilities

• Produce complete ICT design deliverables: reports, drawings, specs, diagrams.
• Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Provide technical leadership and mentor team outputs; manage quality.
• Question and innovate design solutions; manage client expectations.
• Ensure specifications and calculations meet industry and legal standards.
• Coordinate ICT design with electrical and mechanical disciplines.
• Review and improve practices; challenge standard approaches.
• Plan and conduct client meetings; capture requirements.
• Undertake peer and QA reviews of ICT design deliverables.
