Qualifications

• Designs systems end-to-end: APIs, data models, failure modes, and infrastructure.
• Deep expertise in at least one area (frontend, backend, or cloud) with full-stack ability.
• Experience with production systems at meaningful scale or complexity.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical design and system architecture, balancing performance, scalability, and delivery speed.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of production systems, ensuring reliability and operational readiness.
• Make pragmatic architectural decisions and clearly explain the rationale behind them.
• Provide technical mentorship and thorough code reviews to elevate engineering quality.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders (up to Director level) to clarify requirements and align on solutions.
• Translate evolving problem statements into well-scoped technical plans that can be shipped.
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and non-technical audiences.
• Deliver high-quality, user-centric products that meet real operational needs.
