• Provide application support and maintenance for ASP.NET-based outpatient systems, ensuring system availability, stability, and timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Participate in a 24/7 standby support roster and work closely with users, vendors, and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and support production operations.
• Support system enhancement and project activities, including testing, deployment, upgrades, UAT coordination, and post-implementation support.
• This is a 1 year agency contract role, renewal subjected to performance.
