Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in systems/business analysis with leadership or supervisory experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills; translate technical details into business language.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and management across stakeholder groups; validate and document evolving system specifications.

• Oversee design documentation, test plans, and QA/UAT validation of solutions.

• Mentor, train, and lead junior analysts; contribute to hiring and staff development.
• Identify and implement process improvements; establish best practices for analysis and documentation.

We’re seeking an experiencedSenior System Analystto guide strategic system analysis across complex business initiatives. You’ll mentor a team of analysts, translate business needs into technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure efficient system implementation and optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and requirements management across stakeholder groups. Validate, document, and manage evolving system specifications.
• Conduct business process analysis, identifying inefficiencies, redundancies, and opportunities. Use modeling techniques to propose optimized workflows.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, data mappings, integration specs (APIs, source‑to‑target mapping), and user acceptance testing criteria.
• Oversee design documentation, test plans, functional and non‑functional specifications; validate and test solutions through QA and UAT phases.
• Serve as technical liaison: aligning IT delivery (developers, architects, QA) with stakeholder expectations and timelines. Escalate issues and act as primary point of contact.
• Mentor, train, and lead junior system/business analysts; contribute to staff hiring, performance reviews, and ongoing development.
• Identify and implement process improvements, establish best practices for analysis and documentation standards across the team.
• Participate in strategic planning, enterprise architecture initiatives, and assess risk/opportunities associated with systems enhancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, and/or related experience
• 7–10+ years of experience in systems/business analysis; including 2+ years in a leadership or supervisory position.
• Experience with Data and/or AI will be a bonus.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, problem‑solving, and organizational skills. Able to translate technical details into business‑friendly language.
