Job summary

TG Singapore seeks an experienced Lead Architect to drive end-to-end software and system architecture for integrated solutions across applications, middleware, data, networking, and security layers.

You will assess current architectures, identify gaps in performance, scalability, resilience, and security, and implement improvements while guiding cross-functional teams through design reviews and CI/CD standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience in software and/or system development, with at least 3 years in a Solution/System Architect role.
• Proven experience as a Lead Architect for at least two end-to-end systems.
• Hands-on software development experience using Java, C#/.NET, C++, Python or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of OS, networking, system integration, virtualization, containers, and application architecture.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to management, customers, vendors, and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end software and system architecture across applications, middleware, data, networking, and security layers.
• Assess architecture gaps and drive improvements for performance, scalability, resilience, and security.
• Oversee integration of subsystems, sensors, and third-party products; troubleshoot during FAT/SAT/OSAT.
• Act as technical escalation point; define requirements for high availability, redundancy, resilience and failover.
• Guide development teams through architecture, design and code reviews; set engineering and CI/CD standards.
• Design security-by-design solutions; support system hardening, VA/PT remediation, security assessments, and accreditation.
• Support pre-sales with solution design, technical proposals, presentations, and effort estimation.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of technical solutions.
