You will collaborate with engineering, product, and DevOps to translate business requirements into robust architectures. Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.
• At least 10 years of software development and architecture experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and distributed systems.

Responsibilities

• Architect microservices-based applications and cloud-native AWS solutions.
• Design high-performance backend systems using concurrency, caching and event-driven architecture.
• Lead architecture for enterprise and financial technology applications.
• Design and optimise SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerised deployments using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Conduct system profiling, load testing and performance optimisation.
• Design secure and highly available systems with authentication and encryption.
• Collaborate with engineering, product and DevOps to establish technical standards.
• Provide technical guidance on software architecture and application performance.
