FLEXTRONICS MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Changi, Singapore, seeks a Senior System Staff Engineer to lead system architecture and feasibility from prototypes to full production for coffee machines.

The role emphasizes embedded architectures, HW/SW integration, and cross-functional leadership, with responsibilities including interface management with customers and suppliers, documentation, and test strategy review to ensure robust system performance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical, Software or Mechanical engineering.
• Minimum 15 years in coffee machine design.
• Knowledge of Embedded microcontroller architectures.
• Experience with electrical circuit design for coffee machines is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead system integration across cross-functional teams.
• Serve as main technical interface for customers and suppliers of critical parts.
• Ensure PDPs are implemented and organize periodic technical meetings.
• Own system requirements and system design deliverables.
• Review system RA, dFMEA and test strategies for integration.
