Job summary

FLEXTRONICS MANUFACTURING (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an engineering professional to analyze and implement changes, train production staff, and enhance production processes. Responsibilities include maintaining documentation and troubleshooting quality issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a Diploma in Mechatronics or a related field with strong technical communication skills and proficiency in MS Office applications. A good team player with a commitment to workplace safety is essential.

Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma or higher in relevant engineering fields.
• Technical knowledge of Test Troubleshooting and System Assembly.
• Proficiency in PC applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and approve Engineering Change Orders.
• Develop and maintain Bill of Materials and Work Instructions.
• Train production personnel on Work Instructions.
• Troubleshoot engineering-related issues on the production line.
• Participate in LEAN activities for process improvement.
