We are seeking experienced Systems Analyst to join us and help shape the future of healthcare through technology.
He/She will analyse business needs and implement solutions to meet requirement. Responsibility includes engagement with stakeholders, recommending & accessing impacts of system changes, drawing user stories and creating personas, leading stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. He/She will also assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.
Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
At least 5 years' experience in systems development and implementation preferably in healthcare IT.
Strong experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Fast learner with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
Self-driven, independent and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Experience with automation projects to streamline processors and enhance operational efficiency.
