Job summary

Mount Alvernia Hospital in Singapore is seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to help modernize patient management systems using AI, automation and smart technologies to deliver proactive, patient-centered care.

You will analyze business needs, implement solutions, engage with stakeholders, draw user stories and personas, and lead project lifecycles while supporting the Head of Department.

Qualifications

• Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 5 years' experience in systems development and implementation, preferably in healthcare IT.
• Strong experience with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Fast learner with ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders.
• Self-driven, independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with automation projects to streamline processors and enhance operational efficiency.

He/She will analyse business needs and implement solutions to meet requirement. Responsibility includes engagement with stakeholders, recommending & accessing impacts of system changes, drawing user stories and creating personas, leading stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. He/She will also assist in administrative tasks as assigned by the Head of Department.

How to Succeed
