Job summary

CapitaLand Investment Limited seeks a Sustainability Data & Insights Specialist to drive decarbonisation pathways, support the Ascott CarbonClear Initiative, and pilot sustainability solutions across a global property portfolio. You will analyze portfolio data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve building performance and emissions outcomes.

The role requires 3–5 years in sustainability data, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with BI tools.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sustainability data and building performance experience.
• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Sustainability or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with sustainability data platforms and BI tools.
• Ability to learn new software quickly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities

• Decarbonisation pathways: collaborate with product and technical services teams to develop tailored pathways for properties worldwide.
• Ascott CarbonClear Initiative: contribute to development and execution of the initiative.
• Sustainability solutions pilots: source and pilot new solutions to optimize building performance and reduce carbon impact.
• Global sustainability strategy: support alignment of operations with decarbonisation goals.
