Head Medical is recruiting a Consultant Anatomical Pathologist for a major tertiary hospital in Singapore. You will lead the surgical pathology service, perform diagnostic reporting across histopathology and cytopathology, participate in intraoperative consultations, and uphold CAP-accredited laboratory standards.

The role includes teaching medical staff and residents, presenting at multidisciplinary tumour boards, and contributing to quality control and academic activities.

Qualifikationen

• Qualified medical degree suitable for registration with the Singapore Medical Council.
• specialist postgraduate qualification such as FRCPA, FRCPath with CCT from the UK, or Board Certification in Anatomic Pathology from the U.S.

Aufgaben

• Diagnostic reporting of general histopathology and cytopathology cases.
• Perform intraoperative consultations and contribute to quality control of laboratory processes.
• Lead the surgical pathology service and collaborate with surgical oncology services.
• Engage with multidisciplinary tumour boards and tissue audit committees.
• Teach medical undergraduates, residents, and laboratory staff; participate in committees.
