Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Consultant Pathologist to lead its pathology department as Chief of Department in Singapore. You will oversee diagnostic services, quality, accreditation, staff management, and clinical governance, working closely with clinicians, clients, and management.

The role requires a MBBS/MD with specialist pathology qualification, strong leadership skills, and at least 8 years in a consultant role in a private or hospital laboratory.

Qualifications

• Must have MBBS/MD or equivalent.
• Specialist Pathology qualification (e.g. FRC Path, M Med Pathology).
• Valid medical registration with specialist accreditation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee diagnostic services in histopathology, cytopathology and clinical pathology.
• Lead pathology department staff including pathologists and lab personnel.
• Ensure high-quality, timely diagnostic reporting and governance.
