Job summary

Alcon is seeking a Sr. Associate I, Surgical General Field Sales & Account Management in Singapore. You will own IOL portfolio plans, drive demand, negotiate contracts, and provide comprehensive support to cataract customers across designated accounts.

You’ll operate within surgical settings and participate in events to promote Alcon brands. Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in ophthalmology sales or medical devices, strong relationship-building skills, and proficiency with CRM tools

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in Ophthalmology or medical devices in a surgical setting.
• Experience providing holistic commercial solutions to customers and stakeholders.
• English proficiency; additional language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own total IOL portfolios and account plan execution.
• Drive demand generation and support contract negotiations.
• Provide end-to-end customer support for Cataract customers and coordinate specialist roles.
• Attend events and engage with customers to position Alcon brands effectively.
