ResMed (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior Supply Planner to own the planning process across purchasing, manufacturing, and distribution for your product portfolio. You will deliver reliable, cost-conscious supply plans while mentoring junior planners and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

You will translate strategic signals into operational readiness, balance service levels with inventory, and drive continuous improvement in end-to-end planning using systems like o9 and SAP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field.
• 5+ years end-to-end supply planning experience.
• Experience with ERP and APS systems (SAP, Oracle, o9) and advanced Excel.
• Knowledge of S&OP and continuous improvement methods is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of accurate, efficient supply plans aligned with demand forecasts, capacity constraints, and financial targets.
• Serve as the SME for product category, guiding junior planners and stakeholders.
• Anticipate risks and lead mitigation across materials, production, and logistics.
• Represent supply planning in cross-functional forums and supply review meetings.
• Coach and support junior planners in best-practice planning processes and systems usage.
