Job summary

Abbott in Singapore is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Supply Planning & Operations to own end-to-end planning, inventory stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration with 3PLs, manufacturing sites, and finance.

You will lead replenishment, monitor inventory health, support S&OP/IBP, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment, with exposure to SAP/APO, Power BI, and ERP systems.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain Management or related discipline.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in supply planning, inventory, S&OP, or logistics.
• Experience in Nutrition/Pharma/regulated environments preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply planning for assigned portfolios, aligning demand, supply, and inventory targets.
• Develop and maintain supply plans to support growth and service levels.
• Monitor supply–demand imbalances and mitigate shortages or excess inventory.
• Lead bi-weekly replenishment planning and LVA planning and repacking services.
• Oversee inventory health, governance, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities.
• Support S&OP/IBP processes and KPIs with cross-functional teams.
• Act as operational focal point between internal stakeholders and 3PLs to ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
