Job summary

Brenntag is seeking a senior planning and procurement leader in Singapore to own and drive an integrated S&OP process across demand, supply, inventory, and storage capacity planning.

You will validate forecasts, lead exceptions and trade-offs with key stakeholders, and optimize inventory, working capital, and service levels while driving continuous improvement across planning and procurement functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field required.
• 7–10 years in operations, planning, or supply chain leadership.
• Experience owning S&OP in cross-functional teams.
• Chemicals/ingredients industry experience preferred.
• Strong data analysis and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive a disciplined S&OP process across demand, supply, and inventory.
• Validate forecasts, lead trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
• Optimize inventory and working capital while maintaining service levels.
• Lead KPI governance and planning system management.
• Manage supplier relationships and cost-saving initiatives.
• Provide leadership and cross-functional collaboration across functions.
