Job summary

Abbott Laboratories in Singapore seeks a Manager, ADC APAC Business Operations Supply Chain & Logistics to lead end-to-end APAC supply chain with full accountability for performance, inventory, and 3PL execution. You will drive operational excellence, growth, and scale across APAC.

You will oversee planning, inbound/outbound logistics, order management, and cross-functional alignment with Commercial, Marketing, IT, and Finance, while ensuring compliance and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong background in planning, supply chain operations, network design and standardization.
• Experience in logistics partner management; B2B and B2C exposure is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communication, project and operations management skills.
• Stakeholder and supplier governance experience.
• Experience in FMCG, healthcare, E-commerce or similar industries.
• Warehouse implementation and IT integration expertise.
• Travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end APAC supply chain operations and inventory.
• Lead inbound/outbound logistics and warehouse contracts.
• Own order management across Asia (customer orders, samples, FOC, warranty, returns).
• Drive eCommerce strategy and cross-functional alignment (Commercial, Marketing, IT, Finance).
• Act as SME on Customs and Trade Compliance.
• Steer S&OP and demand-supply alignment with finance and customer experience.
• Optimize processes to secure product availability and launches.
• Drive third-party logistics performance and continuous improvement.
• Partner with external logistics to meet commercial goals and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and develop SC planners and Order Entry teams in APAC.

The Opportunity

As the Manager, ADC APAC Business Operations Supply Chain & Logistics, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain operations across ADC Asia Pacific (APAC), with full accountability for supply chain performance, inventory, sales and operations planning, and third-party logistics execution. This role will drive operational excellence, enable growth and scale and deliver end-to-end effectiveness of our APAC Supply Chain.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee supply planning and inventory management, identify supply risks and develop mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Lead inbound & outbound logistics, NPI support / labeling review, ownership of warehouse and related contracts.
• Ownership of order management process across Asia, such as customer orders, samples, FOC, warranty, and returns.
• Oversee Asia Pacific eCommerce and drive strategic cross functional alignment, including Commercial, Marketing, IT and Finance.
• Act as subject matter expert (SME) on Customs and Trade Compliance (C&TC).
• Enhance supply chain infrastructure and performance monitoring mechanism across multiple business models in Asia Pacific markets.
• Executive Sales & Operations Planning by aligning demand, supply, and financial targets, including liaison between Finance and Customer Experience.
• Optimize supply chain processes such as securing goods availability and product launches by coordinating with internal stakeholders.
• Support commercial strategy and expansion by defining, designing, developing and optimizing the supply chain network across APAC.
• Drive daily operational Excellence of third-party supply chain & logistic providers to achieve commercial goals and enhance customer experience.
• Drive strategic partnership with third-party logistics providers to achieve commercial goals by initiating continuous improvement mechanism.
• Initiate supply chain projects to drive operation excellence and enhance customer satisfaction across APAC.
• Steer data-driven decision-making process by leveraging dashboards and performance metrics to manage service, costs, and risks.
• ADC APAC Division Security Coordinator for SAP, maintaining segregation of duties, especially between OTC, SCM, and PTP.
• Supervise and develop a direct team of Supply Chain planners across Asia Pacific, as well as indirect team of Order Entry across Asia Pacific
• This role will be part of the International Business Operations team and work closely with the ADC APAC Demand Planning organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of end-to-end supply chain experience, with leadership experience.
• Strong background and track record in planning, supply chain operations, supply chain network design & standardization, logistics partner management; experience in both B2B and B2C is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, communicational, project and operations management skills.
• Proven track of records in stakeholder and supplier management / governance expertise.
• Experience within FMCG, healthcare, E-commerce or similar industries.
• Warehouse Implementation and IT integration expertise.
• Travel up to 40%.
