Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a demand planning professional to manage SKU forecasts across regional/global markets and develop production plans based on demand and inventory.

You will optimise stock levels, monitor forecast accuracy, and coordinate with factories, procurement, sales and marketing to minimise stockouts and excess inventory. The role requires a degree in a related field and 3–5 years of planning experience, with strong Excel and ERP system knowledge.

Qualifications

• Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on planning experience.
• Food / beverage / perishable FMCG experience preferred.
• Strong Excel and ERP / planning system knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Manage SKU demand forecasts across regional/global markets.
• Develop production plans based on demand and inventory.
• Optimise stock levels and minimise stockouts / excess inventory.
• Monitor forecast accuracy and resolve demand-supply gaps.
• Coordinate closely with factories, procurement, sales and marketing.
