Job summary

Lam Research Singapore is seeking a Supplier Engineer to drive supplier development, manage programs, and align cross-functional teams across Lam’s SET and global operations. You will partner with product groups and suppliers to ensure quality, lead process improvements, and support high-profile project timelines.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years in technical program management, strong problem-solving skills, and knowledge of semiconductor equipment processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years’ experience in managing technical programs and projects.
• Experience in supplier process development and quality management.
• Strong problem solving for mechanical and mechatronics engineering domains.
• Knowledge of EFEMs, BEMs, and PM will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop suppliers to meet Lam quality standards.
• Interface with Lam technical product groups, account teams and SET.
• Influence decisions to achieve company goals with internal/external groups.
• Coordinate with SET global commodity heads, account teams, and SET members.
• Organize and own internal and external review meetings.
• Document and implement new business processes in SET global operations.
