Zusammenfassung

Lam Research Corporation is seeking a Supplier Engineer to advance supplier development and manage cross-functional programs within SET. You will interface with product groups, account teams, and global operations to align objectives and drive project timelines.

The role emphasizes problem solving in mechanical/mechatronics areas, with travel within SEA and a focus on supplier quality and process improvement.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years' experience in managing technical programs, preferably in Semiconductor Industry and knowledge of EFEMs/BEMs/PM.
Experience in supplier process development & quality management.
Strong problem solving and ability to tackle complex mechanical/mechatronics issues.
Knowledge of 6S/8 Wastes, 8D, RCCA, Failure Analysis, Ishikawa diagrams, 5-Why.
Understanding of semiconductor equipment manufacturing processes (Wafer handler, Process module, EFEM, vacuum systems).

Aufgaben

Develop Suppliers to meet Lam quality standards.
Interface with Lam technical product groups, account teams, and global operations as SET representative.
Influence decisions to achieve company goals across internal/external groups.
Coordinate with SET global commodity heads, account teams, and SET members.
Organize and own internal and external Review Meetings.
Document and implement new or updated business processes for SET global ops.
