We seek a Senior Solution Architect who can own cross-module architecture, advise CHROs and senior stakeholders, and mentor lead consultants in a high-impact engagement.

The role focuses on multi-module delivery, pre-sales leadership, and ensuring coherent architecture across platforms while managing complex stakeholder demands.

Qualifications

• Project-level architecture ownership across HRIS tracks.
• Trusted-advisor presence with C-suite and CHROs.
• Pre-sales activity, solution proposals, and RFP responses.
• Competency leadership and coaching of Leads across tracks.

Responsibilities

• Connect multi-track architecture across HR modules and integrations.
• Advise customers on architecture and HR technology adoption.
• Guide Lead Consultants in their tracks and maintain architectural line.
• Manage stakeholder conversations and align expectations with platform capabilities.
• Lead pre-sales demos, estimation, and solutioning for engagements.
• Govern project scope, risk, and delivery quality across tracks.
• Develop the leadership bench and build RAC's solutioning capability.
