Rolling Arrays in Singapore invites an experienced HRTech Solutions Architect to lead strategic solution design across multi-module HRIS engagements and guide clients through HRTech transformation and cross-system integration.
The role focuses on delivering end-to-end solutions, pre-sales leadership, governance, and capability development, while mentoring consultants and engaging CHROs and senior leadership to drive successful programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree; Master's or MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in HRTech consulting.
- Multi-module HRIS expertise with proven pre-sales and solution ownership experience.
- Outstanding executive communication and strategic thinking capabilities.
- Proven track record in people development and practice capability building.
- Certifications: SAP SuccessFactors Certification (required).
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end solution design across multiple HRIS modules.
- Define integration architecture and advise on HRTech ecosystem alignment.
- Act as trusted advisor to CHROs, HR Directors and C-suite stakeholders.
- Lead pre-sales activities including demos, effort estimation, and proposals.
- Oversee quality, scope and risk across complex delivery programs.
- Develop delivery frameworks, IPs, tools, and methodologies for the practice.
- Mentor Lead Consultants and drive internal knowledge sharing.
