Job summary

Rolling Arrays is seeking a capable HRIS Implementation Lead to own end-to-end SF project delivery in Singapore. You will lead client workshops and drive architecture decisions while developing junior talent and ensuring project quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized institution.
2–4 years of HRIS implementation/support/end-user experience.
Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing and UAT.
Strong communication, problem-solving and self-management skills.
SAP SuccessFactors Certification required.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SF implementations from initiation to go-live and support.
Run module-specific workshops; align business requirements with system capabilities.
Design cross-module integrations and workflow customizations; guide configuration strategy.
Mentor junior consultants and support HRIS certification journeys.
Act as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders; manage milestones and escalations.
