SJ Group is seeking a Technical Lead, Submarine Power Cables in Singapore to act as the senior technical authority for submarine cable projects across cross-border interconnectors, offshore wind export cables, and island links.

You will lead engineering delivery through feasibility, FEED, manufacturing, installation, and commissioning, and serve as the client-facing technical lead on proposals and lender's engineer assignments.

Formación

• Degree in Electrical, Power, Marine, Offshore, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering; postgraduate qualification is an advantage.
• At least 10 years in submarine power cables or HV cable systems with leadership experience.
• Experience across multiple project stages from feasibility to commissioning.
• Familiarity with IEC, DNV, and industry testing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead technical delivery across feasibility, FEED, manufacturing, installation and commissioning.
• Act as owner's engineer and technical lead on proposals, studies and lender's engineer assignments.
• Coordinate inputs from marine, metocean, environmental and permitting disciplines.
• Review and approve technical reports, specifications and tender documents.
