Job summary

The role involves performing analytical method development and validation, supervising staff, and engaging with clients to communicate findings, with strong emphasis on compliance, quality, and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry/Immunology/Biochemistry.
• 4+ years experience with use and troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure SOP compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Study Director/PI/Responsible Scientist for studies with overall technical conduct and reporting.
• Analyze samples and develop/validate methodologies per SOPs and guidelines.
• Train and supervise a small team of technical staff; escalate issues as needed.
• Host external client meetings and present project progress and results.
• Plan resources and ensure timely completion of projects.
