Job summary

Labcorp in Singapore seeks a Senior Scientist (Immunochemistry) to lead ligand binding assay development for PK and ADA bioanalysis in support of preclinical and clinical programs.

You will mentor junior scientists, troubleshoot assays, ensure data integrity, and regularly interact with clients to provide scientific guidance and project leadership. The role requires independent problem solving, SOP adherence, and regulatory-compliant practices across multiple studies and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree and hands-on experience in ligand binding assay development and validation.
• Experience with PK/ADA bioanalysis and immunoassay platforms such as ELISA, ECL (MSD) and Gyrolab.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, optimize, and validate ligand binding assays for PK, ADA, and biomarker applications.
• Lead troubleshooting and implement improvements to address technical challenges.
• Perform method transfer, qualification, and validation activities to support study requirements.
• Evaluate assay performance and ensure methods are robust and fit for purpose.
• Analyze biological samples using validated methods and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Review, interpret, and ensure quality and integrity of analytical data.
• Serve as lead scientist on bioanalytical projects and coordinate lab activities.
• Mentor junior scientists and provide technical guidance to staff.
• Interact with clients in meetings to communicate findings and recommendations.
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment and support maintenance programs.
• Contribute to process improvements and scientific innovations.
